3D - 2

3d ultra sound?

has anyone gotten the 3d ultrasound done and were they happy with it and would they recomend it because we are thinking abouk doing it next month

1. I had one done with my first and also with this pregnancy. They are awesome! They're so clear, you really get to see what your baby looks like inside of you. I highly recommend it!
2. I had my routine ultrasound at 18 weeks and didn't even know the tech was going to show us our baby in 3D. It's totally awesome! Try not to have too many expectations... Our baby looked very strange because she was so 'little', I've read that 25 weeks and over is when you get a better picture of what your little one is going to look like when he/she pops out into the world :) However it was great anyway, so yep - I would recommend it!
3. i thought it was so neat, but unfortunately not every doctor offers it... i was lucky to do it once and that was with my second pregnancy, i suggest you do it, you don't want to miss out on seeing your baby before they are born!
4. meh, it was alright. i was one of the unlucky ones whose babies hands were covering his face. paid 100 bucks for that but i did get to see his nose and feet. oh and his eye blink once =)
5. I highly recommend it. It was amazing! It was so clear and when my son was born he looked exactly how he looked in the sonogram. :)
