what is wrong with my rca projection tv when the picture is red in color,3d and poor picture quality?

tv would not power on , replace blown power fuse,after electrical power blackout ,tv power on but had poor picture,

1. I bet it's your picture tubes. I believe there's a Red, Blue, and a yellow one in there..maybe green. Any who. There's 3 tubes in a projection tv. (the old style big screens) When 1 or more of those go bad. It causes the colors to mess up. Kind of like your talking about. I would have someone inspect the TV. Like a certified repair shop. Or better yet. I might just be worth it to buy a new one. Good luck.
