What is the best Digital Camera for me under $200?

I'm looking for the best digital camera on the market right now with amazing camera stabilization and photo quality. I'd also like HD video with as many options as possible. I'd also like a nice amount of zoom and good audio. (stereo sound possible?) Originally I was going to get a Panasonic Lumix ZS3 or Sony DSC - H20 but my budget has to be 200 for the camera alone. I'd really appreciate the help. So what's out there right now?

  1. It is NOT possible to buy a NEW digital camera for less than $200 which will have all parameters you mentioned - HD video, zoom, etc. Somewhere around $800 can do.

  3. go with the exilim casio. i have it and its amazing. its not canon or anything but ilike it even better. it has alot of different settings (sport, black and white, youtube capture mode, night, etc) its small, fits in your pocket, but it has a big display screen. i can't remember how many pixels it is but i think its 12.5. it works amazing. it comes with the camera, cords, a case, tripod, and 2 disks for less then 200 dollars, i had it for a few months, and had no problems at all with it. i love it.
