Is an IMAX 3D movie worth $15 to $19 admission price?

And that doesn't incluse the outrageously priced concession items? Should a family of 4 drop $100 or more to see a movie?

1. NO. it's not that impressive.
2. Depends on: 1) If you've got the money and 2) What the movie is (I saw the 3D version of The Polar Express on the IMAX screen and it felt like I was watching the movie through a ViewMaster!)
3. YES and it's only like 3-5 dollars more than the regular price
4. Depends. A lot of the IMAX theatres in regular cinemas are not that great and definitely not worth the admission price. But the IMAX that's in Ottawa, in the Canadian Museum of Civilization is the most impressive one by far. It's a large dome and the screen is amazing (it's 7 feet high). That IMAX theatre is certainly worth the price, if you ask me.
