What's the difference between Disney Digital 3D and Real D 3D movies?

I saw on a preview the other day about a movie opening in 3D. The commercial said that it'll be in Disney Digital 3D and Real D 3D in select theaters. I thought that both of these were about the same thing, but when I saw the "and" in between the two options, it got me wondering...

1. I think it's a way to make more money. I coudln't tell the difference in Iron Man honestly. They're both in 3d though.
2. The glasses are both the same. There really is no diffrence. Disney just wants to give 3D Disney movies a cool 3D provider.
