What is the cheapest 3d glasses for a Mitsubishi 3d tv Dlp?

This is the type of tv i have Mitsubishi 65" 1080P, 120Hz DLP High-Definition TV I really just want to start viewing movies in 3d. I want several paiirs so i know it will be expensive and also when do u predict the prices for the glasses to get cheaper

  1. Your set needs to be a 3D set and the glasses are supplied with them. Plus the amount of 3D being transmitted at the moment is few and far between.
  2. You don't really have a choice here. If the glasses cost 100 or 150 bucks each, that's what you will pay. There aren't exactly a long list of 3rd party companies making compatible glasses, and that goes for any brand whether it be Mitsubishi, Sony or Panasonic. These glasses are not passive like the kind you use at the movies, they are active shutter glasses that are complex, they just aren't going to be 'cheap' by any means. Glasses will only come down drastically in price when 3D TVs are common, right now TV makers are going for the extra profit from 3D while they can. 120hz and 240hz made them some extra money until it became common, then LED, now that's coming down, now it's 3D. Later is will be OLED and TVs that have more pixels than 1080p.
