Can a 3D LED TV to be used as a regular HDTV?

Hello All, i am planning to buy a 3D TV so i want to make sure a 3D TV can be used as a regular HDTV and watch a regular HD channel? thanks

1. Oh yes, any 3D TV is "backwards compatible" with standard "old school" 2D. No worries you will be able to use it just as any other non 3D TV.
2. Yes, any 3DTV can be used as a regular 2D tv without glasses.
