How to get the best results at 4d ultrasound?

I had a 4d ultrasound at 28 weeks, and the pictures turned out pretty bad because she kept her hands on her face the WHOLE time. When I had a regular ultrasound at 18 weeks you could see she kept her hands on her face the whole time then too. Are there any ways that would make her move her hands for my 32 week 4d appointment tomorrow? thanks:)

  1. Try changing position. When I had my 3d u/s, they took images while I was in 3 different positions: lying down, lyig on my side, and sitting up. Also drinking cold water encourages movement of the baby too. I'm not sure why, but it does.
