On Korean shows where kpop stars are casted, what does it mean when they say a member has a 3D/4D personality?

i watch a lot of korean shows where kpop stars come out and a lot of times, the host or someone would say that their personality is 3D/4D?? what does that mean?

1. 4D - A compliment, it means the person is very imaginative/creative and they do things differently than others. 3D - Normal personality- the typical person. "Monkey say as monkey do" type thing
2. 4D is like thinking outside of the box, and in a way it means weird.
3. 3D personality usually means that they are normal. They are your average Joes in terms of personality. However in many shows it is implied that 4D personality means stupid, weird, creative or just unique. It really depends on who has the 4D personality. It may be implied as a joke when someone is 4D (Weird, Perverted) Or Simply as a sign of cuteness or uniqueness.
