Has anyone had a 3D ultrasound at 18-20 weeks? What did it look like?

I am paying for a 3D-4D ultrasound because i just cant wait to tell the sex of my baby. But I will only be 19 weeks at the scan and I am worried that I am doing it so early that it wont look as cool as the ones I have seen pictures of.

1. I went in at 19 weeks, but my doctor actually scheduled mine. Any who my pictures came out great so don't worry, everything will be fine.
2. I had some done during my 19th week and they aren't really that good. If you want your monies worth, the best time is to go around 28 weeks + Mine to the side is at 31 weeks and when I got one done during 19 weeks, there is a BIG difference. at 19 weeks the baby has no fat deposits, so its looks scary and alien like and it's hard to tell that it is a baby. Because i didn't pay for mine, I don't really mind how the results came out, but it does look scary. This is one of mine at 19 weeks.
