When's is the soonest you can see the sex on a 3D ultrasound?

What is the earliest you can tell if it's a boy or girl on a 3D ultrasound?

1. 14 is the absolute soonest. But most find out at around 19 weeks.
2. My mum saw at 13 weeks pregnant.. i really want a 3D ultra soo much but cannot afford it right now. I have to wait another 5 weeks for the 2D! Oh well... keeps me guessing :D
