Will the 3D on the Mitsubishi WD-60638 TV work with the Playstation 3?

I heard that some of these TVs will not work with the PS3 because of something having to do with a checkerboard 3D format. If it matters, I believe this is one of their newest 3D TVs. Also, if you know anything about this tv in general and would like to share, i would appreciate it.

1. You can try to hook up the PS3 directly with the Mitsubishi 3DC-1000 emitter adapter then make the necessary connections to the TV. Other things to know is that this TV has good picture quality overall. Its great for gaming too. You also need to purchase a HD 3D Bluray player to view 3D movies.
