do you think this IPHONE 3GS is genuine?

hi, on ebay i found this cheap iphone, there arent any listed at the moment but the man said next week he is gonna get some more and get me one for me to buy, only problem being he lives in england but he gets the phones from china.. he has good feedback but i dont know what to think, i thought that if you bought a phone in another country and used it over seas then it charges loads? also he said it is unlocked and you can use any network? i thought also that you could only get iphone through o2? and he said that it is not available to 3g networks?? what is that supposed to mean? do you think it mean the internet doesnt work on it? but then it must do becoz in his listing he has put that there is wifi here is just a small clip of his listing Do you want affordable iPhone without hassle? 1. As a general rule of thumb, don't buy from anyone out of the country. That's a big no-no and opening yourself to a scam. If you do make a purchase, of course, at the very least use Paypal to pay so that they can't get any more info other than your contact info and address to ship to.
2. He calls it a Wifi mobile phone, NOT an Iphone. It's a knockoff.
3. I don't think it's genuine because the real iPhone does not come with batteries or a stylus but in the list of the accessories, those 2 things are included with the phone. The iPhone isn't like other phones where you can remove the battery door and take the battery out, you actually have to unscrew it and there is only one large battery, not 2 batteries like the description above states. Also, if you used a stylus with a real iPhone you would not be able to select anything because the real iPhone touch screen works when operated by real human touch. Beware of what is advertised on eBay. If the iPhone didn't come from AT&T or Apple, you run the risk of a fake. This phony "iPhone" sounds like one of those Chinese knock offs and I'm willing to bet there is Chinese writing all over it.
4. it doesn't sound like a genuine iphone in the part of the writing you have copied from his listing it says 'iphone 3Gs 16GB appearance' -which seems to say that it just looks like an iphone, also the camera on the real apple iphone 3GS is a 3mp not 2mp. Also all the answers people have made above make sense, This is definitely not a real iphone. Below is the link for the specifications of a real Iphone 3GS :)
5. DONT BUY IT!!!!!. iPhone can work on a 3g network. The iphone does NOT support java. You cannot acess the batteries to an iphone so the batteries are a scam. Iphone does not use a touch pen. The iphone 3g/3gs does not slip out and whirling makes no sense. This is a fake iphone 3gs
