How much does it cost to get 3D glasses from Regal Cinemas?

I believe the ticket price is the same but there is a surcharge for the 3D glasses needed to experience the film.

1. i think its like two dollars more for glasses but im not sure.
2. last time i got 3D glasses it cost an extra $2.50... i could have changed because of the economy, but its going to be somewhere near that
3. Actually the extra charge is not for the glasses. The theater has to hand that money over to the movie studio to pay for the extra cost for them to make the movie in the 3d format. The theater has to get the money for the glasses from other income like the concession stand. Maybe they will sell you a pair of glasses but it will be more than 3 dollars, because they have to buy them themselves. Your best bet is to go to a theater that uses the disposable glasses. They almost always let you take them if you want, even if there is a bin to return them after the movie. The theaters that use the reusable glasses will not let you take them because they are more expensive. You can tell they are disposable because they give them to you sealed in plastic bags.
