What are the top 10 non-disney movies in your opinion?

Here is the rule: It can't be anime It can't be live-action It can't be CGI (3D) (P.S. I am doing a Non-Disney CGI Question soon.) And it has to be a kids movie, but Titan A.E. and Osmosis Jones count.
