There was a CG movie about pyrokinesis on MTV2, what was it?

Maybe 7 years ago I saw a CG (3D) movie on MTV2 about someone who could set things on fire with his mind. It had an anime art style and had a lot of heavy metal in the background. I've looked everywhere for this movie (or series?) and have yet to find it, does anyone know what it might be?
