want to set up a Animation studio and to convert 2D Movie to 3D movie?

I want to set up an Animation Studio where in i want to convert 2D Movie to 3D Movie. What is the software's i need to buy ? & what is the Hardware with what configuration i need to procure ? What Make & Model of Hardware i need to procure with proper specifications.

1. I'm fairly certain the only way to make a "proper" 3D movie is if you have access to two very similar camera angles. With one view, it's hard to really make anything "pop out"
