If I buy the new LED 3D Samsung from Greece, will it play in the US?

The title says it all, I bought the new Samsung LED 3D TV in Greece and now I am moving to the US. Will it work?

1. If it is a multistandard TV (NTSC/PAL) everything BUT the TV Tuner will work. If it is a PAL/SECAM only TV, no it will not work. Sell it in Greece and buy a new one in the US.
