does 3D TV make my Playstation2 and Playstation 1 games 3D?

I am thinking of getting a 3D TV but want to know if it makes Playstation 1&2 games 3D as well as my computer hooked up to it as a monitor so I can have a 3D Windows 7 experience as well as Windows games as 3D.

1. Nope. The only things that appear to be 3D are those that were encoded in 3D, such as 3D Blu-Ray and...well, that's about all.
2. No, the media has to be design for 3D, which is why you have to buy special blu rays to get the 3D effect.
3. The short answer is no, 2D content is never going to look like real 3D content. However, some of the 3DTVs do have a 2D conversion feature, but you shouldn't expect much from it. Some people are getting okay results with 2D conversion by setting the 3D levels very low and it makes the tv picture look kind of like a window. It's not real 3D, but it helps you get more use out of your 3DTV until more real 3D content comes out.
4. 2010 3DTV's have an upconvert mode where 2D content is made to look 3D. It for sure adds depth to the view, but don't expect anything to really pop from the screen, but there is an added effect.
