3D - 2

Did you like watching the 3D movies you have watched so far?

Was your experience pleasant or bad? Were you nauseated? Did you have headaches? Would you recommend watching 3D movies to others?

  3. If you ask me, 3D isn't all that great. I expect the images to be popping out at me and making me sh*t my pants and I can hardly tell the difference. No more $15 movie tickets for me

  6. ugh i hate 3D movies! like ya they give me headaches. and i just find they are a wast of an extra 3 dollars. plus you have to wear those cheese glasses, which are never comfortable.

  12. There are many points in the 3D movie-spectrum. For instance, I watched My Bloody Valentine 3D and laughed hysterically the entire time, because any "scary" aspects of the movie were ruined by the 3D technique they used. When a giant pick is shoved through the back of someone's head and their single eyeball jumps off the screen at me then flies back, I'm more likely to laugh and diss the movie than anything. But, movies like Avatar were really great 3D movies, because of the quality and the technique they used. There was no exaggeration on the extra dimension, it was just very aesthetically pleasing, which added to the general good looks of the film. I do not get easily nauseated, so that's not a problem for me. No headaches I can recall. Like I said, 3D movies vary in their quality, so I would recommend viewing a decent 3D movie, but sometimes I'll just opt for the normal, no-glasses approach.
  13. I love 3D movies!!! I don't get why people don't like it! My glasses are very comfortable and I don't feel nauseated or ill in any way. I prefer animated 3D movies over live action 3D movies though. Please answer mine, http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20100810063337AAi0Qul&r=w
