3D - 2

Do other people that wear glasses struggle to watch 3D movies?

I wear glasses and I went to go see a 3D movie for the first time. I had to wear the 3D glasses over my real glasses. Not only was it horribly uncomfortable but I wouldn't see any of the 3D effects. ANy advice to make the glasses over the glasses more comfortable. Does anyone else have this problem?

  1. Lmao my girlfriend does the same thing whenever the movie's in 3D. She looks retarded but she saw everything. I don't know about your theaters but they let you take the glasses home so if that's the same case with you take it home and cut the lenses so whenever you go see a 3D movie you can just slip them over your real glasses. Now I'm not 100% sure if it'll work but hey give it a try.
  2. Our theater has no frame glasses, it is just one sheet that rolls up. You unroll it and then slip it inside your prescription glasses. You have to ask for them, maybe your theater carries them as well. I have no problem however just using the regular framed 3d glasses and putting them over my glasses. Was never a problem for me.
