1. Check YouTube. There are lots of Photoshop Cartoon tutorials, from easy to complex. The fastest way is to 1. Duplicate your image. 2. Desaturate the image 3. Duplicate the desaturated layer, and change the mode to Color Dodge. 4. Invert the image. 5. Use Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur, about 4% (adjust to taste) Create a NEW Merge all layer (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+'E') and you will have a basic "cartoon sketch" layer. Use Image>Adjustments>Levels to make it as dark as you want, and use the Paintbrush with white to get rid of any speckles or unwanted areas. 6. Duplicate this layer, and set the mode to Multiply. Then paint on the layer beneath it.
