is there a free online pokemon or naruto 3d game.?

Or it can be an mmorpg with what i am looking for.

2. There is (was???) a free Pokemon Battle simulator called NetBattle.
3. The last time I went to http://www.pokemononline.org/ they only had the beta version available. They so far had just made it so that when you log in you choose 6 Pokemon from a list. You could then try (if you didn't get stopped by a bug) to fight someone, but all the moves were exactly the same. That was some time ago. Maybe they already have the completed update. It's free too. I'm sure that in time the complete game will be (if it has not already been) released and will be (or is) a lot of fun.
4. yes if you download roms of the game through the internet, but noting also that you will have to download the emulator (the device used to play it), these are actually just copies of the actual game made for the computer. but if you want a truely online rpg of somesort then there is none
5. The best place to be is battle crater! (its sometimes slow, so just be patient.)
