How do you save files as videos on 3D Studio Max?

I'm using 3D Studio Max 2010 and for some reason can't seem to save my animation as a video. When I render all the frames and click to save it it gives the option of saving it as avi or mov, but the videos are all 0 seconds and only show the last frame. How can I save the whole animation as a video? Thanks

1. Make sure that you have selected all files to render, not just the current frame.
