does Autodesk 3d Studio Max 2010 work on Windows 7 Home Premium?

Running Windows 7 Home Premium, but have a very capable pc to run the software Autodesk 3D Studio Max 2010. The website says you need WIndows Pro or higher. If this has something to do with .NET framework, I have .NET 4. Has anyone successfully ran this program on Home Premium?

1. I tried it on Vista Home Premium. Didn't work only because my Computer was too weak. It should work. It just isn't tested/Guaranteed to work on Home Premium. Autodesk may also not provide support for it.
