CAD Software?

I'm doing a small project and while I have a set of hand drawn "blue prints" that I made up myself I would like to create something a bit more clean looking. Is there any sort of AutoCAD software available free? Something that would allow me to take my hand drawing and make it more presentable looking?

1. i have no idea if there is a cad for free try looking at architechs websites. if no results try google sketchup its free and a 3d model maker and it can teach you the basics of how to draw in it
