What is the Best CAD Learning Software for Automobile Designing?

I'm trying to learn CAD for car designing. It would be better if I went to a school for it but I reside in Japan and don't speak Japanese enough for a class... So I'm trying to study myself and need to buy a software. What would you say is the best learning software?? Also, do you know if it works ok in a foreign computer? I have a PC that I bought in Japan and all the directions are given in Japanese Language.

2. AutoCAD is a good program to learn and is pretty much the CAD industry standard. Created by Autodesk, they are many different types of CAD programs that are discipline specific. If you are in Japan, contact Autodesk to find an authorized training center near you. Tell them you're interested in learning Automotive CAD design and they should be able to head you in the right direction.
