I got a 3D ultra sound my baby's lips looked huge?

I got 3d ultra sound and Im absolutely scared to death my babies lips looked as id she was 30 year old smoker literally do you think at 23 almost 24 weeks the picture is accurate!

3. so what if she does have big lips? it will be how your baby looks. there is nothing wrong with it. it will probably be cute. my son has 1 big ear (daddys) and 1 small ear (mine) and its just adorable. by the way, Im a smoker, and have been for a while, and my lips are the same size as they were before I started smoking. smoking causes wrinkles around the lips for some people, but I never heard that it causes big lips
4. the baby is in liquid. everything is magnified in liquid. do you honestly think your baby is going to come out with lips the size of its head?
