How many ways are there to travel in x, y, z space (3d space) from point (1,2,1) to point (7,13,11) by taking?

- By taking what? the shortest route? then one only.
- "By taking"? If all three are space axes, there are an infinite number of ways to travel from one point to another, given that time given is infinite too. By judging from your incomplete writing, the "by taking" is probably "by taking exactly 10 seconds" or something like that. If duration is determined, the number of ways are calculated in a way to meet two constraints. Firstly the traveler must arrive at the destination point at the exact time given, and secondly, assuming that the 3D space is real world, the speed must not be faster than light. Again, if that "by taking" is about taking the shortest route, there is only one way which is a straight line between both points.
