3D - 2

Anyone tired of all these 3D movies yet?

I am. Movies today (especially horror) are bad enough as is with their lack of originality, but now they are all in pointless 3D Effects that sometimes make me dizzy or sometimes sick. What do you think?

1. AHH THANK GOD. Someone agrees with me. I was having this same argument with my friend yesterday. She wanted to watch alice in wonderland 3D and i was just thinking oh god the 2D one is crap alone imagine in 3D.
2. 3D is the new wave like the talkies and the first color films.
3. Very true but some movies are better in 3D i'd say (Avatar=WIN) But yeah with that said the horror films in 3D are terrible I agree 100%
4. I totally agree. Its just a way for studios to make more money and they believe everyone would rather watch a movie in 3d. Like saw is coming out in 3d...cmon! its cool the first few times but i think they have got to lay off the 3d for a bit

6. I think 3D movies are awesome when your in the mood to see something different for example Avatar was awesome and Alice in Wonderland but hey if you don't like them don't watch them and the best horror movies where from the 80s and 90s I was little but boy did the scare the hell out of me ..
7. I am so sick and tired of them. What's with the sudden rush of 3D movies? It went from a few being available in 3D to every movie released being in 3D and 2D. I don't even like 3D movies. Of course, it will be twice as bad when they start going crazy with 4D movies. (Physical effects such as water spraying from the ceiling!)
8. I hate 3D. Makes my head hurt by the end of the movie. Every once in a while would be fine but now everything is in 3D.
9. Umm, if you don't like 3d then just go to the 2d showing. Almost all multiplexes show in 3d movie in 2d and 3d. Also, these 3d movies would have had the same story line etc, even if they only came out in 2d. So the story line has nothing to do with the 3d. The people in charge of the story and how it goes is a totally separate department from the people in charge of the 3d aspect of a movie.
10. No 3d movies are amazing. It makes more fun to watch. But the problem is the movies is sucks even it is 3d or 2d. It is because of high expectation. It is like blu-ray. You pay more money than dvd. So when the movie sucks you have more things to lose. 3D movies, you are paying lot for it, and you have more expectation than watching dvd movies at home. But movie industry did really good. I used to never watch at theater, but now I go many times to theater to see 3d movies. I could get 3d TV, but I can`t watch tv shows and dvds in 3d, I have to buy 3d blu-rays. Watching 3d movies at theater is match cheaper.
