what is a good thing to download for designing a 3D model of a house?

i wanna be able to have something to design a 3D house,im moving soon so id like to have an idea of what my new home will look like.. thanks :D

1. I assume you are wanting free programs so I would suggest Google Sketch-up. If not there is Autodesk Autocad 2011 and possibly Autodesk 3D Studio Max.
2. The Sims 3 It's a game, but its super user friendly and you can design houses.
