Problems viewing 3D on Samsung 63" plasma TV?

A few weeks ago I bought a Samsung 3D TV, and I have been happily playing 3D games with my PS3 on it. Today, my Samsung 3D Blu-Ray home cinema arrived, and since connecting the 3D blu-ray up, I can't get 3D either with this, or with the PS3 any more! A blurred image is sent to the screen, as you would expect for 3D, but the glasses just don't convert it. I have five pairs of Samsung 3D glasses, so they can't all suddenly have gone wrong. Has anyone else had this problem or got a fix please?

1. If you are seeing the exact same picture with the glasses on or with them off, make sure they are turned on. There is a power button on the top right hand side of the glasses. You have to turn them on to make them work. If they are on, the image should look different when you look at the image without the glasses.
