Samsung 3D LED TVs model UN40C7000 and model UE40C7000 is there a difference?

I have noticed that there are two 40 inch Samsung 3D HDTVs the UN40C7000 and the UE40C7000 are these basicly the same TV or are they two completely different HDTVs is there a difference?

1. UN40C7000 work on AC 110 V 60 HZ support NTSC TV system and ATSC tuner. UE40C7000 work for AC 230 V 50 HZ . support PAL TV system also DVB-T tuner.
