Hi is it possible to watch 3D dvd movies wearing 3D glasses on a them old flat screen tv's?

hi, i know i'm old fashioned, but can anyone tell me if it is possible to watch a 3d dvd movie on them crt flat screen tv;s as i have ordered a 3D dvd and i am not sure.Many Thanks by old flat screen tv's i mean them box shaped ones not the flat lcd one's,Thanks

Laptop+3D software+HDMI Cable+HDTV = 3D movie =) (Edit) Probably yes, but I cannot confirm 100% for a fact, for CTR type tv's, I can only tell you with upmost certainty that it works on my gaming laptop connected to my Sony Bravia 40 inch 1080P (Edit) for all the numbnuts tv salesmen thumbing me down HERE IS HOW YOU CONVERT 2D to 3D MOVIES so you can watch them from a computer connected to a Flatscreen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LCyxfjsCnOU How is this so hard to figure out!?!@? How do movies become 3D in the first place? !!!
2. Some of the older 3d movies use the red/blue glasses to give you the 3d effect - if you're talking about one of those then it'll work. If you're talking about about the newer 3d movies that only comes on blu-ray, then no. Your TV must be a 3d-TV to use those. Otherwise you'll get a blurry picture.
