where is 3d sound provider?

my game igi 2 is saying error:cannot found 3d sound provider .........................please help

1. It sounds like you are trying to select a sound device in your game that is not supported by the hardware of your system. Try a lesser device in the sound options instead. For example, not many built in sound devices that aren't Creative Labs support EAX 3.0.
