Under aged cartoon smut illegal?

I run an adult art site and receive submission from members to be showcased. What are the current laws against under aged cartoon smut. For example; Lisa Simpson, chipmunk, digi-mon adult rated images, or 3D renderings. Last I heard: ( Department of Justice 28 CFR Part 75 Revised Regulations for Records Relating to Visual Depictions of Sexually Explicit Conduct; Inspection of Records Relating to Depiction of Simulated Sexually Explicit Performance {2008}) These images violated no laws since no human minors were exploited, harmed, etc. No matter what your opinions of this material maybe actual law will determine the rule of the site. Sited info would be greatly appreciated.

1. The use of popular images would be copyright infringement. Not a smart idea
2. I'm not sure what you're looking for that you don't already have. The CFR specifies that only depictions of "actual human beings" are included in the law. No one is injured or exploited in cartoons or computerized images, therefore such images are legal (for this particular purpose).
