Have just purchased a Mitsubishi 82" 838 3D tv and Samsung 7900 3D bluray. Is there any way I can get digital?

sound to my 4090 B & K AVR? There is no digital coaxial out on the 7900 and the B&K AVR only has digital coaxial inputs. I don't want purchasing the $4500 tv to result in the purchase of an $2500 preamp w/HDMI to get digital sound. My B&K preamp and amps are old but still sound awesome...Thanks!

1. Wow, what a nice set up and you sure paid some big bucks. However, before spending more, hook it up the best you can. I read an article in consumer reports that says the normal ear can not tell the difference between digital output and a regular one. Try it first
2. You don't have to spend $2500 to get an HDMI receiver. With your decent system, you need to spend around $500 for an HDMI receiver to get HD lossless sound from Blu-ray movies.
