Hello,I want to recreate my house but as a real 3D model?

Hello,I want to recreate my house but as a real 3D model. For now i user chief architect x2 but the house is not as realistic as i wanted.I want it as realistic as possible. Finaly i want to import my house in a invironment or something,to show a real tour of my house. What software/technique you recommend me? Hope you understood what i'm looking for :D Thanks a lot!

1. Try Punch! Pro Home Design Suite. There's a 3D feature. You don't need to import/export your layout. There's a features that allow inside view/tour of the house.
