What job occupation would allow me to...?

What job occupation would allow me to do renderings of houses. Or example the floor plans and designs. It's not an architect though. I know that much. It's just the designing. Thanks to all

1. Real estate appraiser. They have to draw a floorplan of every house they appraise and it is hard to do. You could work for 20 different appraisers as their "rendering" specialist. Real estate agents would hire you to do the drawings. It helps in the web listings if the buyer can see the layout of the house.
