Do they have 3d movies on DVD?
Do they make all these 3d movies for DVD so you can watch them at home? Movies like UP, Despicable Me, Toy Story, etc. Just wondering. And can you watch them on a regular tv?
Public Comments
- yes, but they are all on Blue Ray and you have to have TV that can play 3-d films. so if you want to spend an extra 10 grand (USD) to watch a movie in 3-d go for it.
- YES and can you watch them on a regular tv probably but it wouldn't be as good why would you want 3d man you rich? that **** is expensive right I guess 3d isn't my thing.
- Yes they Do .
- Yes they do They also have Avatar in 3D. But theres only 2 things required, a 3D TV and a 3D BD. I think its pricey. You can look at the demonstrations at Best Buy
- YES, but most of them are ONLY on Blu-Ray, and these are the one I know of. My Bloody Valentine Despicable Me Disney's A Christmas Carol Alice In Wonderland Saw 3D Clash Of The Titans (2010) Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs Resident Evil: Afterlife Step Up 3D Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore IMAX Space Station 3D IMAX Deep Sea 3D The Polar Express The only one I know that on DVD and it 3D is The Polar Express. It does NOT use the new 3D glasses at all. It uses the good old one. It the same as the kinds use for Spy Kid 3D and 3D comic books. When a 3D Blu-Ray movie are NOT on sale the price ranges from $34.99-$39.99. NO it can not be viewed with the lastest regular HDTV using the lastest regular Blu-Ray player. It need a 3D HDTV and 3D Blu-Ray. Right now 3D HDTV and 3D Blu-Ray are still condiser only being at it infancy. So it good to wait, and the price is not all that cheap. There are different models from the same companies that are 55-65 inchs ranging in prices from $2,499.98-$5,999.98 for a 3D HDTV. DON'T FORGET the specs makes all the differences in the price, So don't say that 58 inch is cheapper then the 55 inch, when you see one. The price range for a 3D Blu-Ray player is from $149.99-$429.98. One last thing some people are also waiting for that day where we don't need 3D glasses to watch 3D movies. Some have said it might have to be somthing that will take the place of 1080P. For now just have to wait and see what will be at the CES in Vegasthis year and next year, and is it only a good working demo model. As to when it will hit the stores that is another story, same with the price for them.
- No. All 3d movies are only on Blu-ray.
