I can't access the 3D option in the menu of our new Samsung 3D TV, any ideas on what's wrong?
We can't watch anything in 3D. We have the full Sky package and it's updated for 3D.The 3D option is not highlighted on the TV menu and the select bar won't click on it. There's nothing in the troubleshooting guide. We have the Samsung 3D glasses and the batteries. Hope you can help as I'm a bit confused by all this modern technology!

- A Samsung 3D HDTV will only play 3D, or allow you to select it, if you feed it 3D. So I would look at the source that you are feeding it first and foremost. Does the Sky box you have support 3D (not the package you're paying Sky for, but the physical box you're using in your home)? Are you using a 3D capable HDMI cable? I believe you need HDMI 1.4 certified cables to properly playback 3D. So I would first need to make sure these things are ready to go for 3D. When your components are good to go for feeding the TV a 3D signal, the 3DTV should frankly just know its 3D and allow playback. Have you tested a 3D BluRay player on it at all? It might also be good to try other 3D capable devices to make sure there's not possibly an issue with the TV that needs resolving.
