3D ultrasound?

In a 3D ultrasound can you see hair or is this just a shadow?

1. I think you might be able to see it.
2. I had this done and asked, he said no. He said if I were like 9 months and got a pic of the top of his head, but you can't do this.
3. I believe babies should have privacy in the womb ,where's the surprise if you already know what it looks like.

6. When I had my ultrasound the man pointed out that my son had a lot of hair. There was a ton of hair coming off the back of his head like a mullet. We all had a good laugh. Sure enough, when he was born, he came out with a little mullet. lol He still has only a little hair on top and a lot in the back. So yeah, you could see hair in mine.
7. it is just a shadow.They advertise the 3D ultrasound will let you know ahead of time if something wrong with your baby,but my Doctor said it was not true.It if not make the big different between the regular and the 3D.
8. Yes I saw lots of hair on my little girl maybe depends on when you got it done.
9. Actually there is this area around the fetal head that looks just like hair! But it isn't it is sound refraction.
