what's the best value pound for pound 10+ megapixel camera in the world today?

It's just I've come across what's seems like astonishing value with the Panasonic Lumix fz100, it has over 14 megapixels and shoots full 1080 high definition video in digital stereo and has a 24x 25mm superzoom lens, and all for as little as 350 euro on eBay. What say you?
