What kind of 3D glasses do I need to watch Alice and Wonderland with?

I got the 3D version of Alice and Wonderland for Christmas but I don't have a 3D tv so what kind of 3D glasses do I need to view them on my HDTV? I saw there are 2 different and I am just not sure what to buy. Thanks!

1. Probably "shutterglasses" But they still occasionally use the anaglyph glasses too (the coloured ones).
2. If you bought the 3d version (and it wasn't one that came with the glasses) you can only watch it on a 3d tv. It's specially formatted to only work with them. No glasses will help you if you're tv can't push out the right signal.
