I need to know how to use Blender, the 3D modeling program. Please Help!!!!!!!!?

I need to know how to use Blender, but no matter what I do I just can't get around the darn program. I have already tried watching tutorials on youtube, nut none of them cut it. They just show you how to make certain things and that's not what I need, I need to know how to use Blender to its full potential. Please help me at this, and don't direct me to a youtube tutorial unless it teaches you everything, obviously in more than one video of course. Thank you very much in advance, oh and if you are wondering why do I need to know this it is very simple. I want to gain knowledge, use blender to make mods on Oblivion, and probably in the future put my experience to good use.

1. Dude I have been using Blender for MONTHS and I still don't know even 10% of how to work it. U are not going to find a series of videos that will teach u the FULL potential of Blender. If u are having problems with Blender or can't figure out how to do some specific thing, then it's best to ask for help in the Blender forums. I have used them MASSIVELY to learn the programme. As for modding Oblivion things with Blender. I assume u know about the .nif import/export plugin for Blender and the PyFFI addon. U should also have NifSkope. Without knowing exactly what it is u want to create or modify in Blender, I can't really give u advice on how to do it.
