Why does my samsung 3D TV dim when I shut the lights off.?

I want to know the option to turn this feature off, so whenever I turn the lights off it won't dim on me. Thanks [:

1. That feature goes by many brand names; basically it's "dynamic brightness". Look in the picture setup menu to turn it off.
2. Turn the eco sensor off.
