1. No, because the State collects taxes from the operators. By the way, have you visited the holly tree at Pinang Tunggal in Penang ? Some people claimed that the holy water collected from this tree can change one`s luck.
2. to Muslim, yes. to others no. but essentially, its up to individual. if they think it's okay, it's okay then.
3. My religion says so. So, yeah. However if you're talking about whether its against the law...its a different matter.
