are there any student or personal licenses of CAD software for non-college students to learn with?

I am a recent college graduate with a focus in 3D CAD modeling. I would like to continue to learn and enhance my skills in 3D modeling using a high end parametric CAD modeler such as CATIA, NX, Pro/E, or even SolidWorks. Are there any ways to purchase a student or a personal license of an of these CAD packages without having to pay full price. I am looking only to use the software to learn with, and I don't intend to use it commercially.
