Internet Live Virtual Earth 3D?

I've used both Google's & Microsoft's various Virtual 3D earth/mapping etc. Several months ago I was searching in Santa Monica,CA.for a vacation rental. One of the Hotel's had a "LIVE-CAM" to use online for viewing(on the Boardwalk)the city/beach. A seperate search, a Realtor Emailed a link for a rental. She was using similiar tour tool, except it was not a live cam. Does anyone know of any live cams,tours we can use online? I'm thinking it's only available for lic.Realtors/Property Mgmts.
