I am wondering if there is something out there better for CAD designs?

I use Sweet Home 3D for some CAD drawings for some bathroom design. I am wondering if there is something out there bet5t5er t5o use?

1. There is, the best software is "Autocad" (for making furniture's and equipment like bathtubs, showers anything really). The best designing room's and buildings is "Revit".
